We wish to extend to you our warmest welcome today. Our purpose as a church is to love and serve the Lord Jesus Christ by serving people in His name. We are not a perfect church; but we are endeavoring to follow Jesus with all our heart and we hope you will sense our love for Him and our love for all who come here. Ballard Baptist Church has had a long and rich history, beginning as a Swedish immigrant church over 100 years ago. We honor our memorable past, but we also embrace what God is doing among us today and in the future. We would love to include you in today's "history" by serving you in the service of Jesus.

What We Believe
- We believe the Bible is inspired by God and is inerrant in the original writings...
- We believe there is one God who exists in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit...
- We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, who lived as a man, died for our sins, rose again from the dead, and is coming to earth again one day...
- We believe a person is saved (spiritually reborn) by repenting of sin and believing in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior...
